Terms and Conditions of Service for Clients

Welcome to Gezira Travel. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Gezira Travel DMC.
  • “You” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity booking travel services from us.
  • “Agency” refers to the travel agency booking services for you.
  • “Services” refers to all travel-related services we provide, including but not limited to.

Bookings and Confirmations

  • Please send all booking requests in writing via email.
  • We will confirm your booking in writing as soon as possible.
  • We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. 

Payments

  • We will outline payment terms when we confirm your booking.
  • Payments should be made in the currency specified by us.
  • Please note that late payments may result in cancellation of your booking or additional charges. 

Cancellations and Amendments

  • If you need to cancel, please do so in writing.
  • Our cancellation policy, including any applicable charges, will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate any amendments, subject to availability and potential additional charges. 

Liabilities

  • We act solely as an intermediary for the services we provide and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, or injury arising from these services.
  • It’s your responsibility to ensure all travel documents are in order, including passports, visas, and health requirements. 

Insurance

  • We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover cancellations, health issues, accidents, and other travel-related risks.

Force Majeure

  • We cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, and pandemics.

Complaints and Disputes

  • If you have any complaints, please let us know immediately so we can address them.
  • If we can’t resolve the issue, any disputes will be governed by the laws of our country of operation. 

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all information regarding the booking and services confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent. 

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which we are registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
